Recommendations;
1. Joining the INTOSAI Professional Standards
Committee and KSC - Committee on
Knowledge Sharing and Knowledge
Services, due to their importance
in developing work and transferring
knowledge.
2. Presenting SAB’s experience in relation
to using one of the standards on the new
website of the Professional Standards
Committee, and urging and encouraging
SAB working teams to use the website.
3. Preparing a strategic work plan for the
SAB Professional Guidance and Standards
Committee, similar to the approved work
plan of the INTOSAI Professional Standards
Committee.
4. Preparing a brief report on the work
performed by all INTOSAI committees by
the relevant committees and working groups
within SAB and submitting such reports
to the delegations participating in future
INTOSAI conferences.
5. Coordinating with regional organizations,
especially INTOSAI and its committees, to
provide SAB with the opportunity to present
working papers on the topics discussed in
the future conferences.
6. Addressing the Office of the Comptroller
and Auditor General of India, the Chair of
INTOSAI KSC - Committee on Knowledge
Sharing and Knowledge Services, to
express SAB interest to join the committee.
7. Amending the terms of reference of the
Sustainable Development Work Team to
merge the terms of reference of the National
Performance Project and changing the
name of the team to the Working Group
on Auditing Sustainable Development
Indicators for Governmental Bodies (SDGs).
8. Organizing a workshop on the “GUIDE 5290
- Guidance on Audit of the Development
and Use of Key National Indicators” which
was approved at the XXIII INCOSAI in
Moscow.
9. Providing SAB Professional Guidance
and Standards Committee with a copy
of the Guidance on Audit of Sustainable
Development Indicators of Government
Bodies (SDGs).
10. Considering the INCOSAI announcement
in sufficient time before attending the
conference to prepare, in advance, SAB of
Kuwait comments and notes to send them
to those in charge of the conference.
