the NAOC in order to study the possibility of their
utilization. English copies of the manuals were re-
quested, and the Chinese delegation said that the
required copies are to be taking into consideration.
- Connecting Pre-Audit System with the Audit Op-
erations Management System in order to increase
the efficiency of the audit work.
- Train SAB auditors on the latest IT audit programs
and the use of the data analysis tools.
- Increase the security of the e-services provided
to SAB auditors in order to guarantee the safety of
data and avoid any hacking possibilities.
- Develop a system which would facilitate the docu-
mentation of the knowledge and expertise of SAB`s
auditors for the benefit all SAB staff members
SAB signs a cooperation agreement with the National Audit Office of Finland

epresented by Acting President Mr. Adel Al-
Sarawi, SAB signed a cooperation agreement
with the National Audit Office of Finland, repre-
sented by Auditor General Ms. Tytti Yli-Viikari.
This comes within the framework of strengthen-
ing the continuous cooperation between the two
SAIs with the aim of increasing the knowledge
and share experiences.
The agreement also aims to develop and improve
cooperation between the two SAIs, which would
contribute in supporting the special relationship
between both parties and strengthens the binary
relationship in all fields, as well as to coordinate
the cooperation regarding issues concerning the
regional and international organizations in which
both SAIs are members.
The agreement emphasizes on encouraging co-
operation in the field of audit, developing profes-
sional skills for both parties, coordinating efforts
in regional and international meetings, enhanc-
ing training activities, expert visits and sharing
technical information and research results. Fur-
thermore, developing the technical program and
timeline for the desired activities based on the
agreed technical cooperation program.
Auditor General Ms. Tytti Yli-Viikari attended the
activities of SAB Youth Forum. She attended the
forum opening ceremony and the ideas exhibi-
tion where SAB youth presented their ideas and
projects. The Forum addressed communication
mechanisms at both internal and external levels
amid current and future challenges. The Forum
also highlighted some of SAB’s outcomes and
their activation
