recommendations such as shifting focus on the
importance of involving students in the outreach
campaign, taking the responsibility of promoting
the culture of protecting public funds within the
school environment and utilizing morning assem-
blies to promote awareness on the importance of
preserving public assets. In addition, a coordina-
tion was conducted with the Educational Activities
Department to set a visiting schedule and present
the introductory lectures in schools while assuring
that all educational districts have been covered
fairly and efficiently.
2- The coordinating meeting between the Team
and the Youth Public Authority (YPA).
The team met up with the General Director of YPA
– Mr. Abdul Rahman Al-Mutairi. He commended
the pioneering role of SAB in promoting aware-
ness among the youth regarding its control mis-
sion. Al-Mutairi further emphasized on the impor-
tance of enabling cooperation with SAB through
the Team’s participation in the YPA summer ac-
tivities and organizing presentations relevant to
the campaign to be introduced at the beginning
of training programs along with the symposiums
arranged by YPA in the affiliated youth centers.
The Team has also conducted a presentation on
the campaign during the “Art of Elocution” sym-
posium organized by YPA on Monday 19th March
2018. The Team illustrated during the event the
establishment of the Bureau and its most sub-
stantial control work. The presentation also ad-
dressed the objective of this campaign and the
Team’s mission and vision along with the intended
audience of the campaign.
3- The coordinating meeting between the Team
and the National Council for Culture, Arts and
Letters (NCCAL):

ods of cooperation with the
council in activating the out-
reach campaign through NC-
CAL cultural and educational
events throughout the year.
4- Coordinating Meeting
between the Team and the
Ministry of State for Youth Af-
fairs:
The Team met up with the
The team’s missions revolve around the follow-
ing pivots:
1- Proposing a plan based on a timetable that
specifies the executing steps of coordination with
stakeholders.
2- Developing a general framework proposal on
how to communicate with youth groups to pro-
mote knowledge culture on SAB role in protecting
the public funds.
3- Designing introductory scientific materials on
SAB law, specifications, and role in protecting
public funds based on the target groups.
4- Setting the project’s information plan.
The Team’s Coordinating Meetings
The Knowledge Culture Dissemination Team held
a number of coordinating meetings to exchange
expertise and experiences in organizing outreach
campaigns and arranging field visits to middle and
high (private and public) schools. That is to pres-
ent introductory lectures for next September on
SAB role in protecting the public assets and funds.
1- The coordinating meetings between the team
and the Ministry of Education (MoE):
The team has met with MoE Undersecretary Dr.
Haytham Al-Athari, the Assistant Undersecretary
of Public Education Fatima Al-Kenderi, and the
Assistant Undersecretary of Activities and Edu-
cational Development – Faisal Mugsid. They have
all praised SAB initiative in spreading awareness
among promising young generations on the im-
portance and sanctity of public funds. One pivot
discussed during the meeting was the significance
of educating middle schools’ students, as they are
considered a breeding soil that is able to absorb
social values in a more effective and rapid manner.
