A Study in the Field of
Globalization and its
Impact on
Human Resource
Management Strategies

During the past two decades, the world has
witnessed many vital economic and political
transformations that caused a rapid shift in the
market’s economies, leading to the domination
of capitalism. Capitalism is a system that has
different features and methods of exploitation
through a continuous expansion that transcends
the borders of the state and the local economy.
It creates a revolution in information and
technology that led to the globalization
represented by capitalist expansion by opening
new horizons that facilitate the movement of
people, information, goods, services, and capital
from one country to another. Furthermore, posing
restrictions and laws on the world regarding
multinational companies, the merging of financial
markets, and the globalization of financial activity
in general. We conclude that globalization is the
communication and interaction in humanitarian
activities that transcend the traditional borders
between countries and regions, eliminating
the boundaries of places and the restrictions
of movement and communication in a way
that achieves the mitigation of time and place
restrictions.
