Two Crises
and efficiency despite the lack of the material and human capabilities that are deemed
necessary to accomplish this work, which required arduous travel to provide those
needs in record time.
The gained experience from this crisis had a great impact on developing the skills
that helped me later to progress my functional life in a new field, and particularly
in facing the second crisis, i.e. the spread of the Coronavirus and the lockdown
of the government departments. The State Audit Bureau took the lead to form an
emergency team to handle the requirements of various government departments to
address issues related to the Coronavirus pandemic. I was honored to supervise and
follow-up the work of the established team. The team performed its required role
according to the mechanism adopted by the senior management, which contributed
to the support of the team and the results of its work, as well as the submission of
the final report for the period from 12/3/2020 until 29/6/2020.
The period of work of the emergency team coincided with the near end of my job
services due to reaching the legal age and the issuance of the decision to end my
work at the State Audit Bureau. On this occasion, I would like to extend my sincere
greetings and respect to everyone who worked with me, whether I was under his
leadership or I was responsible for him. It was a trust I pray toAllah that I have fulfilled
in perfection. I hope everyone accepts my sincere apology for any inconvenience
that I may have caused.
Finally, may Allah protect Kuwait, its Emir, and people from any harm; and may
Kuwait always be placed high.
